Waco: The Rules of Engagement

For many Americans, "Waco," "David Koresh," "Mt. Carmel" or "the Branch Davidians" are annoying subjects of annoying people. But there is a reason this story just won't go away: the evidence.

The evidence is conclusive. It is my opinion that there is not a jury of 12 reasonable Americans who, upon viewing the evidence presented in this movie in a court of law, would not vote to convict on the following counts.

• On April 19^th 1993, the United States government, through it's agents, committed genocide.

• Since April 19^th 1993, the United States government, through it's agents, has committed conspiracy to obstruct justice, destroy evidence, and has willfully committed perjury to achieve these ends.

• On April 19^th 1993, not only did this government, through it's agents, fail it's duty to protect the rights of the American public, but in fact, blatantly did ignore and infringe on the rights of citizens of this country in violation of 18 U.S.C 241 and 242.

The F.L.I.R. (Forward Looking Infrared Radar) tape, shown for the first time in a national forum, has been likened to the Zapruder film of the assassination of President Kennedy. I disagree. The Zapruder film is inconclusive. This film is conclusive: agents of the United States government on April 19^th 1993 used full automatic machine gun fire to kill, or prevent from escaping a burning building, members of the Branch Davidian Church. In addition, the movie swings the burden of the fire from the Davidians to the government itself. It provides the following evidence:

• Eye witness testimony to substantiate theories of where the fire started and it's movement through the buildings.

• F.L.I.R. tape which shows explosive charges precisely at the two locations the fire can be traced back to. Those locations are at the perimeter of the building, not deep inside it, as would be the case if the Davidians started the fire.

• Both locations are precisely at the locations of demolitions of the building by the tanks, and both locations show the explosive devices within seconds of the withdraw of the tanks.

But there are even more disturbing truths to come from this movie. The most disturbing offense is the evidence (yes, we are talking hard, document type evidence) that the "Free Press" in this country not only has failed it's duty to the American people, but in fact are co-conspirators of the crimes. Second in importance, is that many of the elected officials in Washington D.C. are also co-conspirators in these crimes. Both entities have seen this same evidence. Both have declined to do their duty as enumerated by the Constitution (and good conscience). Thus, they are parties to the crimes. If civil actions are not taken by all Americans, both individually and by their elected officials, to right the wrongs, and hold accountable those responsible, then uncivil actions will be the result. Uncivil actions which will make the Oklahoma City bombing "but one; small one; of many." The "ball is in your court" America. See the movie, make your move.
